If you are unhappy with or your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us at setapartwoodworks@gmail.com to begin the refund or exchange process.
Upon proof of purchase, we will process your request for a refund or exchange in 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to original payment method. Due to payment processor rules, please allow up to 2 weeks after processing for the refund to appear on your account.
